Carlyn Davis is the President and founder of Washington’s most respected casting company, Carlyn Davis Casting, Inc. Her credits include more than 30 Feature Films, Television, MOWs, Pilots, Commercial Spots (both radio and television), Print, and thousands of industrials. She is the first member ever to be voted into the prestigious Casting Society of America (C.S.A.) from the DC/VA area. Carlyn has been casting in this market since 1992 and is also on the Board of Emmys. Carlyn holds a B.S. in Theatre from Radford University.

Jen Katz, C.S.A

Jen Katz has been with Carlyn Davis Casting since April 2013. She has worked on various commercials including Amtrak, Comcast, Xfinity, and Volkswagen, as well as TV and film projects, such as Handmaid’s Tale, CSI: On Trial, Jack Ryan, Argo, and Don’t Look Up. She is heavily involved in local theatre both on and off stage, often working on several projects at once. She is currently on the board of Silver Spring Stage. Jen graduated with a BA in English from Florida State University and a Master’s in English Language and Literature from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management and Leadership. In December of 2022 she became a member of the Casting Society of America.

Lenn Folena, Casting Assistant

Lenn Folena started full-time with Carlyn Davis Casting in June of 2021. They have worked on various projects including Don’t Look Up, CSI: On Trial, AT&T/Gallaudet, Hilton, Marriott, INOVA, MedStar, WMATA, and Verizon. They graduated with a BA in Film and a minor in Theater from George Mason University. Before becoming a casting assistant, they mainly worked on smaller student films and independent projects.
